WORK INSTRUCTIONS: Start with a few drops of this blue gel food coloring - adjust to preference for application in hard candy, gummies, Naked Gold Sugar Free Hard Candy OR Naked Gold Gummies. The water-soluble formula performs well in nearly all hot and cold applications except for chocolate, where fat-soluble colorants are necessary to avoid seizing or curdling. When possible, it's recommended to add the color directly to other liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly before combining with any dry ingredients in the recipe.
