Can I order by phone?

Yes, call us at 888-627-2008; we’ll more than happy to walk you through the process. Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm PST. Unfortunately if you placed an order over the phone, we will not be able to honor any coupon codes.

Can I order online and pick-up my order?

Yes. If you live in or near San Diego or are flying in, you can order online and save on shipping by selecting the “Store Pick-Up” option on the shipping page at checkout. Orders take 2-3 business days to be ready. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email. When picking up the order, you HAVE TO BRING a copy of the order.

What is your return policy?

For the health and safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns on any edible products. We only accept returns of non-edible items that have not been used and they have the original packaging. Click here to learn more about our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

CandyPros.com does not charge sales tax on candy. However, we do charge sales tax on non edible items.

Can I put items on hold?

Unfortunately we do not put items on hold.

Where can I find coupon codes?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive specials and new product information. Also we put our specials and coupon codes on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

CandyPros.com does not have minimum orders.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay with a PayPal account.

Are you open to the public?

CandyPros.com is online only. You can order online and select the "Store Pick-up" option at checkout. We have a sister company named CandyPros The Warehouse. They open to the public Monday –  Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Their phone number is 619-477-6225. Please note that CandyPros The Warehouse CandyPros.com are two different businesses. Prices, inventory and promotions may vary.

Shipping Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies because it depends on product weight, zip code of delivery address, and shipping service. At checkout you’ll be able to see the shipping cost for every service type.

How far in advance should I purchase my candy if I need it on an exact day?

We recommend our customers to purchase candy at least two weeks in advanced.

Does CandyPros.com ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately we only ship within the United States at this time.

Is my candy going to melt in transit during warm weather?

Unfortunately, CandyPros.com cannot guarantee that some products will not melt during transit. Click here to learn more about our Warm Weather Policy.

Candy Questions

Do you have all your products in-stock?

If a product is out of stock, you will see a sign next to product description that says OUT OF STOCK. It rarely happens but sometimes our inventory system doesn’t connect to our website. If this is the case, we will send you an email with a list of possible substitute items, and we will allow you to make changes to your order. Click here to learn more about Out of Stock Policy.

What is the best way to store candy?

DO NOT freeze or refrigerate candy because the thawing and condensation will ruin your candy. Keep candy in a cool, dry area; after opening original packaging, seal tightly or re-wrap in a ziplock bag. A good area for storing unopened candy is on your closet, under bed, or other cool area in the house away from windows and direct sunlight (sunlight changes color of candy). Note: If you are hot your candy is probably melting.
