Shipping Options

Ground Shipping

CandyPros.com shipping is handled by UPS. UPS Ground business delivery time takes anywhere from 1-5 business days in the contiguous U.S., and anywhere from 1-7 business days to residential addresses in the contiguous U.S.. Keep in mind that delivery days do not include CandyPros' order processing time.

Express Shipping

UPS Express offer one business day, two business days, and three business days delivery services. Keep in mind that delivery days don’t include CandyPros order processing time. We recommend using this option when you order melt-able products during the summer.

"Undeliverable" Packages

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, UPS will charge us an additional $15.00 address correction fee for ground shipments and an $15.00 address correction fee for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipments. If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address and UPS has to figure out the correct address, we will have to charge you the additional fees. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete and be sure to include any apartment or suite number.

UPS will attempt to deliver your package on three separate occasions, each falling on business days during UPS' normal delivery hours (9:00am-7:00pm). If the UPS driver is unable to deliver your package due to you being unavailable to accept it on all three attempts, your package will be shipped back to our warehouse. At that point, the following options are available:

If you would like your order to be reshipped to you, you are responsible for paying a UPS Return-to-sender fee (which is the original amount of shipping) and the cost of reshipping your package to you.

If you would like to cancel your order, you are still responsible for the Return-to-sender fee (which is the original amount of shipping) and a 15% restocking fee of your products.

If you have provided us with the incorrect shipping address and UPS is unable to obtain the correct address at time of delivery, your package may be shipped back to our warehouse. If this happens, there are two options:

If you would like your order to be reshipped to you, you are responsible UPS Return-to-sender fee (which is the original amount of shipping) and the cost of reshipping your package to you at the correct address.

If you would like to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges, the UPS Return-to-sender fee (which is the original amount of shipping), and a 15% restocking fee of your products.

At Candy Pros we strive to serve our clients the best way possible. If you choose to change the shipping option you originally selected to a different service we do charge a $5 adjustment fee.
