Our Melt and Pour Sample Kit includes:
- 5lb sample of Naked Gold Pectin Gummy Base to perform a your r&d test
- Red Coloring Sample
- Watermelon Flavoring Sample
- 1 commercial silicone sample mold (the full batch will product 5lbs of product - more than will fill the sample mold, optional to use your own molds in addition)
- Work instructions for using the product including equipment list needed
- A sample tray of finished gummies to taste test our range of flavorings available at Candy Pros.
What you'll need, recommended minimum supplies needed to run a test batch:
- Induction Stovetop
- Immersion Blender
- 16 QT Stainless Steel pot with lid (must be compatible with induction stovetop)
- Kitchen Scale
- Candy Thermometer (glass or digital)
- Extra Silicone Gummy Molds (optional)
- MCT oil or other release agent (PAM can work for R&D)
- Metal Whisk
- Water
- Metal Scraper (must be metal)
- Bowl
